Our Welcome Membership was created for you to experience everything that Upward Frog has to offer. Try any of our classes, watch our videos and meet all of our teachers. You’ll also get to know other students, make friendly connections, support our social mission and most importantly - start feeling good!
Frequently Asked Questions about our Welcome Membership

All our regular weekly classes, in the studio and on Zoom are included. You can also use your pass to attend Friday Focus (our monthly workshop), Peak Pose Practice, Sunday Yin and the monthly Yoga Nidra class.

The Welcome Membership does not include any of our courses or events such as Gong Bath.

We have 200 video classes that were specifically recorded for our students during the lockdowns of 2020 and 2021. These range from short 5 minute classes to full 60 minute lessons. You can access them all during your 21 days.

Your 21 days starts from the date of your first class, not from the date of purchase.

No, we don’t have contracts so you are never tied in.

Everyone can buy the Welcome Membership once. So if you already took a single class (or several) you can still take advantage of the Welcome Membership at any time in the future.
