Upward Frog Hatha
The Upward Frog Hatha class follows a set structure including breathwork, sun salutations, asana, mudra, restorative poses and meditation. Each week follows a similar physical practice of foundational yoga asana which is a good way of building consistency and gaining familiarity with the poses.
Physical adjustments are offered in this class, of course you are welcome to opt-out of these.
In this class you work at a similar pace to the Beyond Beginners class.
This traditional class is great as a once-a-week practice or as a complementary class to any other classes on our timetable.
You can use your membership, class pass or pay-as-you-go to attend Frog Hatha Yoga.
