Slow Flow Yoga
Slow Flow Yoga is a vinyasa class which moves at a more gentle pace. The class will develop your strength, flexibility, and balance through slow, mindful transitions between postures, creating a meditative experience that encourages presence and relaxation. You will also work on joint mobility and options will be given throughout.
The class moves at a slow to medium pace, similar to Beyond Beginners.
You can use your membership, class pass or pay-as-you-go to attend Slow Flow Yoga.
Who’s this class for?
This class is for people who want a gently flowing class with a mixture of floor, seated and standing postures linked together through breath-led movement.
This class is not intended for complete beginners.
How accessible is this class?
You will need to be able to get up and down from the mat multiple times in this class.
There will be some wrist and knee pressure during flowing transitions and kneeling postures but you can use blankets or double your mat to cushion your joints.

We offer Slow Flow Yoga on Zoom only.
How long is the class?
Slow Flow Yoga classes are 60 minutes long.
