Mandala Vinyasa
Mandala is a sensing and flowing vinyasa class in which you will breathe and move in a circular pattern through 360 degrees around your mat, connecting to the universal elements of earth, water, fire and air.
You'll usually begin and end the class in the still poses of yin yoga.
Some previous experience of yoga is advisable for the Mandala practices, at least having a few Beyond Beginners or Vinyasa classes under your belt.
You might wish to bring a warm layer to add / remove for the yin practice.
In this class you work somewhere between the pace of the Vinyasa Yoga classes.
You can use your membership, class pass or pay-as-you-go to attend Mandala Vinyasa Yoga.
Our bi-monthly 90 minute Mandala can also be attended as a pay-what-you-can class.
Who’s this class for?
Mandala will appeal to anyone who enjoys a vinyasa yoga class and is open to creativity and fluidity in practice.
This class is not intended for beginners.
How accessible is this class?
You will need to be able to get up and down from the mat multiple times throughout this class.
It is not recommended if you have wrist, elbow or knee concerns.

What format is this class offered in?
We offer Mandala Vinyasa Yoga in the studio only.
How long is the class?
Mandala is 60 or 90 minutes long.
