Yoga is beneficial at any age, but it can be particularly helpful in navigating the inevitable process of ageing.

This free course in Reddish is for anyone who would like to try chair yoga in a supportive, inclusive group environment. You can do this class at any age, either in a chair, your wheelchair or on your scooter.

Chair Yoga provides all the benefits of yoga without having to get up and down from the floor.

Over 10 weeks we will work together to gently build strength, flexibility, balance, mobility and co-ordination.

Five Reasons to Do Yoga as You Get Older

    Yoga has been shown to alleviate symptoms of chronic pain conditions including arthritis, lower back pain, and fibromyalgia. Regular practice can help reduce pain levels, improve joint health, and enhance the quality of life.
